We offer competitive billing rates and only charge a percentage of what is collected. We believe this is fair and in the best interest for both parties to collect the maximum reimbursement on all charges and minimize A/R days.

Laulima Practice Management does not charge any upfront start up fees, however, there are monthly fees associated with each practice.

Our PM system can be installed on any Windows based desktop or laptop. Unfortunately, our system is not compatible with Mac.

Our PM system interfaces with the widest variety of EMR products in Hawaii (currently over  50 different systems). Most of our clients are utilizing Elation, and Epic (Queen's and HPH).  Please contact us to see if your EMR is one that we interface with.

Our office does not submit prior authorization requests to insurance carriers. However, our clients are able to easily manage prior authorizations using our PM systems authorization tracking feature.
